Please note that by using this Counter Propaganda website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms set out below, and you consent to the processing of information as described therein and in our Privacy Policy and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
These Terms may be updated by us from time to time. You should therefore check this page regularly to note any changes we may have made to the Terms. Changes to the Terms will apply to orders made subsequent to the revised Terms being published. Please note that once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the order.Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.
Your Delivery
Below are the delivery times and costs associated with orders placed for delivery to various regions within the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, most European countries and the USA. Please note that we currently only deliver within these countries.

We aim to deliver to you within the timeframes outlined above however we do not guarantee that deliveries will be made within the above delivery times. Please note that a signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers deliver and if they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will attempt redelivery 1 more time on a different day. In order to arrange a suitable time for our couriers to deliver, please contact the number left on the drop card.
The aforementioned despatch and delivery times above may vary for a range of reasons. Counter Propaganda shall not be liable for loss resulting from deliveries outside the delivery periods specified above due to lack of product availability, delays from carriers, force majeure, or for any other reason.
Placing an Order
Pricing and Payment Options

If you decide to purchase products described in the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we use any personal information you provide to us for this purpose.
By providing such information, you represent and warrant that it is accurate, complete, and current. By making any such purchase, you agree to pay all charges (including delivery and handling charges) incurred by users of your credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. you are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to such purchase.
Counter Propaganda reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if Counter Propaganda is not given completely accurate information and/or is unable to contact the person who has placed the order and/or the primary cardholder for the order.
Payment Processing
Once you have placed your order, we conduct a standard pre-authorisation check on your method-of-payment to ensure sufficient funds. We also undertake a fraud prevention process which is outlined in “Fraud Prevention” below. We will send you an email to confirm the despatch of your order. Your account will be charged at the time of the order, once you confirm your order on the website. If we are unable to ship your items to you for some reason, we will refund the value of the items that were not sent. This refund will be made to the payment method that you used for the order.
Authorisation by Card Issuer
Orders placed using credit or debit cards are subject to authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize the payment for any reason, counterpropaganda.ie is unable to process the payment. In this case, you will be notified of the refusal during the check-out process.
Pricing & VAT
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the applicable rate for the country where the goods are being shipped to. Prices of individual products exclude delivery fees. The total cost of the order includes the VAT inclusive cost of the products ordered in addition to any applicable delivery fees. Delivery fees are clearly marked when accessing your Shopping Bag or when choosing to Checkout.
Fraud Prevention
During the checkout process, we may use the information you provided to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. In so doing, we may disclose your address and postcode, as well as other information about your order, to third parties to perform that validation. Any disclosure of your information is done securely and you will never receive any marketing solicitation as a result of the information provided.
Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode
Counter Propaganda aims to provide you with a safe, reliable shopping experience. We therefore support Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which have the same principles as Chip & Pin, and which help to protect your card against unauthorized use.
If your bank or card issuer has adopted this programme, you may receive a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode verification page when you are shopping on the Counter Propaganda website. If you are not presented with the page but wish to register for the programme to improve the security associated with your card, please contact your bank directly, or search for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode on the Internet for more information.
If you are prompted with a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode screen, and you choose not to register, your card issuer may not allow your order to be processed on that card. If this occurs, you will be asked to provide a different payment method to complete your purchase.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, we will refund the sale price of any item you return to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. You may obtain a refund by posting the item back to us or by visiting one of our stores.
If you choose to visit a store to obtain a refund, please ensure that you bring your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase, as well as the card you used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present when the return takes place at the store in order to accept the refund back onto their card. Please note that refunds made for orders processed via PayPal can only be made by returning the items in the post. We cannot process Paypal orders in a store.
Postal returns are to be made at the customers own cost and we recommend a proof of delivery service is obtained. This service will include a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment and ensure it arrives safely back to Counter Propaganda. If we do not receive a returned item, and the shipment goes missing, we are unable to provide a refund, unless you can provide the proof of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect and restock the goods before processing a refund. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to process and for the funds to show in your account. If you purchased the goods originally with a credit or debit card, we can only process a refund to the card that was used for the purchase.
If your card expires before we are able to process the refund, please contact customer service at [email protected] and provide your name, order number, postcode, and phone number. For security reasons, we do not accept card information through email. Therefore, once you provide us with your contact information, we will contact you directly to take the new card details over the phone.
Discounts
If you purchase items using a discount (for instance, 3-for-2) and decide to return one or more of the items, you will be refunded the full price of the items returned less the amount of the discount. For example, if you were to purchase three items in a 3-for-2 offer, each of which is regularly priced at £10, and were to return one of the items, you would not receive a refund because three items would no longer have been purchased, and therefore the offer would no longer be valid.
If you return all of the items purchased through a discount, then you will be refunded for the full value of the offer. For buy-one-get-one-free offers, you must return any free items to us in order for the full refund to be processed.
General
Accuracy
We endeavor to display accurate pricing, product descriptions & information, images, and availability as of the time that the information is submitted for display onto the website. However, because of lighting differences and differences with monitors, the actual colour of the products you receive may differ from what you see on screen. In addition, information can occasionally be entered erroneously on the system. In this case, we reserve the right to correct information, such as prices and promotions, which have been published on the Counter Propaganda site. Information about sizing is as accurate as possible.
Access
We reserve the right to refuse access to part or all of this website at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to, at any time and without notice, remove, modify or add information and services to any part of this website. We shall not be held liable if the website is unavailable for any period of time.

We have no control over the accuracy, security or other functionality of these other websites and we accept not responsibility for any loss or damage from your use of these sites. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

These Terms (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between Counter Propaganda and you with respect to your access to and use of the Site and any third-party site accessed through the Site. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Promotions
From time-to-time we may offer certain online promotions which may apply to certain items purchased on the website. The conditions relating to the discounts offered through those promotions will be specified at the time of issue.
We sometime run online promotions that are not available in our retail stores, and we run other promotions in-store that are not available online. Unless stated explicitly on the website, in-store promotions are not valid on the website, and visa versa.
In the event that a discount is obtained through a published promotional code, please be advised that customers cannot use more than one offer code per order.
Promotional/discount codes are to be used on full price stock only. They are NOT applicable to Counter Propaganda sale stock.
Availability
Delivery of goods is subject to availability of the goods themselves. And while we strive to ensure that availability is accurately reflected on the website, stock levels can change between the time an order is placed and the time of expected shipment. The processing of a payment does not obligate Counter Propaganda to fulfill the goods in question, should the items not be available. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the lack of availability and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
Changes After Placing an Order
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept changes to orders after they have been placed. Therefore, please be sure that your order is correct before confirming your order.
Unauthorised Access
We take reasonable care to safeguard against unauthorized parties accessing your order information. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss caused by a third party accessing the data you’ve provided while using the Counter Propaganda website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
You are reading a legal document which is the agreement between you, the customer and us. We are Counter Propaganda Limited, a company registered in Ireland with our registered office at 17 Silver Birches, Dundrum, Dublin 14.
The terms and conditions of this promotion must be read in conjunction with the existing terms and conditions on www.counterpropaganda.ie
As a consumer, nothing in this agreement affects your non-excludable statutory rights.
1. Definitions:
“Customer” – means person who purchases items at www.counterpropoganda.ie
“Shop” – means Counter Propaganda’s online shop at www.counterpropaganda.ie
“Promotion” – means Counter Propaganda’s promotion, running from 9 am May 21st to 1 pm June 4th, inclusive.
“Event” – means the Republic of Ireland’s football team qualifying for the quarter final of the UEFA Euro 2012 football tournament or England’s football team qualifying for the final of the UEFA Euro 2012 football tournament.
“Refund” – means reimbursement to customers of the full value of purchases made.
“Entry form”: - means the online entry form where you support either the Republic of Ireland or England
“Limit” – means a limit of goods refunded per customer up to €2,000.
The Promotion
2. Counter Propaganda will refund customers the full value of any purchases made from our store for the duration of this promotion, in the event that the team they support fulfil the following:
By supporting the Republic of Ireland you will be refunded if the Republic of Ireland’s football team qualify for the quarter final.
By supporting England you will be refunded if England’s football team qualify for the final.
Customers can support one team only.
2.1. The duration of this promotion is from 9 am May 21st 2012 to 1 pm June 4th 2012.
2.2. Purchases will be refunded automatically.
2.3. To avail of this offer customers must agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box and choosing which team to support.
2.4 - Counter Propaganda reserves the right to refuse a refund if we feel it is in any way fraudulent.
3. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined to be partially void or unenforceable by any court or body of competent jurisdiction or by virtue of any legislation to which it is subject or by virtue of any other reason whatsoever, it shall be void or unenforceable to that extent only and no further and the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
4. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and each party hereto hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
