Returns General
Please send returns back to: Returns, Counter Propaganda, 22 Lower Liffey Street, Dublin1, Ireland.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.
Note: Soiled includes the excessive odour of aftershave/deodorant and smoke.
All items bought in Sale must be returned within 7 days
In order to receive a full refund on sale items purchased from our web store the items must be posted back to the Webstore within 7 days. Please see Returns by Post below for more information.
All price and tags must still be attached to the item.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear and undergarments unless the item is of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Important: We will not refund lost parcels unless you can produce proof of delivery. The items ordered are yours until we receive them so please keep your proof of delivery in a safe place until your account has been credited with your return.
Footwear Returns
In order to receive a full refund on our Footwear, the Footwear must be sent back to us within our 7 day time frame and in the original condition. The Footwear if returned, should be accompanied by the original shoebox. We need the accompanying shoe box in order to resell the shoes. All stickers present on the footwear should also still remain in place if you wish to return them. This is also required in order to resell the shoes.
Any footwear that is soiled and/or damaged including damage caused due to washing suede shoes or lack of care or scrapes to toes, body or sole of the shoe from wear will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.
Returns to Store
Any order placed in euros can be returned to either of our Counter Propaganda stores in Dublin.
Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase. Without this document the return cannot be processed in store.
You must also provide the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit/debit card.
Orders paid for using PayPal cannot be returned to store.
Returns & exchanges by Post

In order to receive a full refund the items must be posted back to the web store within 7 days using the return form on the invoice. All tags must still be attached to the item. Follow the instructions detailed on the reverse of the despatch note to complete your return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear or undergarments unless the item is of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Postal returns are to be made at the customers own cost and we recommend proof of delivery service is obtained. Without proof of delivery Counter Propaganda cannot be held liable. Please ensure you put the appropriate postage onto your returns parcel to enable us to receive it within the 7 day returns period.
We now process exchanges for our online returns, our 7 day policy still applys for exchanges. We cannot guarantee that we can always provide exchanges due to stock availability but you will be refunded and notified by [email protected] if your exchange cannot be processed. There are no additional charges added for exchanges but we can only exchange items that are of the same product for a different size or colour.
Returning Goods bought as a special offer
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
International Returns by Post
