I’m having a problem who do I contact?
If you are having issues trying to make an order or if you are having an issue with an order that you have already made you can contact us on [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible and include your full name, email address of your account and order number if applicable. For security reasosns, please do not include your password in an email.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password via the forgot password page. You will be required to enter the email address that you used to create your account. An email will be sent to this email address and you will need to click on a link within the email. If you no longer have access to this email address you can contact us and we will help you out.
If you do not receive a password reminder email, please first check your spam filter and make sure that [email protected] has been added to your email clients address book. If do not receive an email within 1 hour please contact us at [email protected].
How do I find my previous orders?
You can find all of your previous orders on the account page. You will need to login to view details of your account.
If you made an order before Nov 2011 your orders will not be available within your account. Please contact [email protected] and we will help you out.
I made an order on your old website (Before November 2011) and I’d like to make a return.
